Inner Child: Healing & Growth is an educational and self-help tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice.

• No Professional Relationship: Use of the App does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional healthcare relationship.
• Not a Substitute: This App is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical diagnosis. It is intended for personal growth and educational purposes only.
• Trauma Warning: The App covers sensitive topics, including past traumatic experiences and "core wounds." If you find any content triggering, overwhelming, or distressing, please stop using the App immediately and consult a licensed healthcare professional.

2. CRISIS DISCLAIMER

If you are in a crisis or an emergency situation, do not use this App.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., "Healing & Growth Plus").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price of the subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

5. USER CONTENT & JOURNALING

The App includes a private journaling feature.

• Encryption: Your journal entries are encrypted locally on your device. We store the encrypted ciphertext in our database, which means we cannot read your entries.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Apple ID/iCloud Keychain. We are not liable for the loss of data or unreadable entries resulting from a lost encryption key or device access.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All meditations, exercises, scripts, audio content, and educational frameworks within the App are the exclusive property of the App owners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own personal development. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content from the App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and operators of Inner Child: Healing & Growth shall not be liable for any psychological, emotional, or physical outcomes resulting from the use of the App, nor any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. APPLE’S STANDARD EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of the App is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's Standard EULA, these terms shall take precedence.
